I've been with Allstate 20 years (17 years as a Personal Finance Rep and 3 as an Allstate Agent.)

Since it opened. :)
What is your favorite thing about Rome Athletic Club?
It is a good solid place to work out plus I can come 24 hours a day to fit my schedule. They also have different options for working out. Plenty of variety.
Are you new to working out, or have you always been interested in it? (explain)
I have been working out since I was 12. I've set different goals throughout the years and obtained those goals. I've always reached goals then go to new ones to reach. Never settle.
What fitness goals do you have for yourself going forward?
To maintain healthy strength & weight control.
Do you prefer cardio or strength training?
I like to keep a balance of both. I'm 45 and want to keep the ticker strong. When the day comes & I have grand kids, I want to be able to play and not hurt.
What helps you to stay consistent in your workouts?
Determination. I set goals I can reach for success and once I accomplish those goals I set new ones. I like to challenge myself.
What kind of music do you like to listen to while you workout?
Country, 80's & Hair Nation.
What is your favorite guilty pleasure? (tv show, food, etc)
I have a sweet tooth (which I have to keep under control).
Anything sweet and I'm in!
If you could spend the day with one celebrity, who would it be and why?
The Rock! (Dwayne Johnson) His work ethic is phenomenal & he's intense!

Loyal, dependable, hard-working

What would you say to someone who has been considering joining a gym but keeps putting it off for various reasons? (scared to walk in the door, no time, etc...)
Take that first step. It's never too late to start. Pick a goal you can reach and set a time you know you can get there. Then COMMIT to that goal!
